How to transfer FCP Sequences to AE

Howdy!

I'm using FCP 7 and After Effects CS5.

I'm trying to move sequences from FCP to AE. I've tried setting my external video editor to AE, but then when I click on a clip in the sequence, it doesn't give me an option to send it to AE.

Is there any way to get the whole sequence into AE? After effects has the option to save an XML file, is there a way to import an xml? Like, one that I'd exported from FCP.

Does cinama tools have an option that would help?

Thanks all!!

I have also been having trouble with this. So I exported a sequence as an xml file from FCP, and then opened Premiere to import said xml file, but when I try to import it, it's greyed out and Premiere won't let me import it. I should say that I've never used Premiere before, so maybe I set up the new project that I created in Premiere incorrectly? Any ideas?
